FireKing File Ratings

• UL Class-350 1 Hour Fire Rating: The file is tested for 1 hour in a furnace with
  temperatures rising to 1700°F. The internal temperature of the safe must remain below
  350°F for the duration of the test.
  
• UL Impact Test : The file is heated to 1550°F for 30 minutes then dropped
  onto concrete rubble from a height of 30 feet. It is then turned upside down and reheated
  30 more minutes. The file cabinet must maintain its integrity and protect its contents for the duration of the test.
• Explosion Hazard Test: The file is placed into a furnace preheated to 2000°
  for 30 minutes to simulate a cold file falling into a very hot fire.
  The FireKing cabinet is then allowed to cool inside the sealed furnace
• Security: Medeco® UL-listed high security key lock comes standard.
• Water resistance:FireKing files are designed to protect from incedential
  water contact such as building sprinkler systems and fire hoses.

Delivery & Shipping

Dock to Dock freight is included in the base price.
A loading dock or forklift is required at the delivery location .
Lift gate delivery or curb side delivery is an additional $75.00.
Delivery truck is equiped with a Hydrolic lift that will lower the FireKing file to the ground.
Professional inside delivery and set-in place is also available for FireKing Files
for an additional charge, starting at $210.00 for a commercial address to a ground floor or elevator
accessible location {no more than 3 steps or stairs}
For an inside delivery to a residential location an additional $100.00 is required
If more than 3 steps or stairs have to be negotiated a stair carry fee of $220.00 per flight
{15 steps = 1 flight}is required. Landings and direction changes are considered extra flights
For international customers a freight forwarders service will be needed.

Warranty

If a mechanical or operable part of the FireKing File Cabinet malfunctions
or breaks down during normal use, FireKing, will at its option, repair or replace such part FREE
for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Associated labor costs for the repair or replacement
of these parts will be paid by FireKing (with authorization in advance).
In addition, in the event that a FireKing file is damaged in a fire, at any time
while in the possession of the original purchaser, FireKing will replace the cabinet free of charge,
and ship it freight collect to the original owner.
